several deep-fried foods, I see. but aren't funnel cakes (by definition) deep fried?

you're a very adventurous eater. brava on the accomplishments.

Actually, funnel cakes are pan fried. The cook pours the batter into the pan and it floats on top.

Yes, I've been going to County Fairs for years and they specialize in deep fried and other unhealthy foods. :D

Actually, it's not me being adventurous so much as me being the "bratty little sister on an endless quest to gross out her older sister."

"Hey, Karen, try THIS!"

Kangaroo meat is relatively common in Australia, where their numbers have to be regularly culled. I've seen it in the dog food aisle in supermarkets. It's quite delicious, and very lean.

*Nods* I'm not surprised. However, in my mind, Kangaroos come under the category of "cute pets", thanks to the TV show "Skippy the Bush Kangaroo."

Really, who could eat their "friend ever true"?
