If you started a restaurant, what would it serve, what would it look like and what would you name it? You have an unlimited budget.

I would serve: Breakfast and Dessert!

It would look like the dining car of a train. In fact, I'd find some sidelined train and would build my restaurant in it. And park it somewhere with an ocean view.

I would name it: the VSB Express!
