| Well so it goes without saying you should never eat fast food. But you know what to hell with it I haven't had it in one month so I can have it damn it. I just worked out at the gym for two hours doing weights and abs and lunges. I was starving and I wasn't about to pay 5 bucks for a protein shake that won't get me through the day. At least with a grilled chicken burrito at taco bell it will get me through the day and more. Yummy!! I reward myself for my actions. And then today it was getting really hot so I took a bike ride for five miles. My ass hurt in the act of it but I felt good afterward. I feel terrific. I don't know I can't tell my pain doctor this about how the epidural went. I mean he literally fixed it all. I was able to do a split at my cousins graduation party. It was really fun I haven't been able to do one of those suckers in a long time.
And I was able to ride a bike again. I feel really good that I've lost over 50 lbs. Now if I could lose another 50 then I would be doing excellente!!! I don't know if eating a buritto would make me a binge eater or not. But I feel it had a lot of protien in it. More than fat and carbs. And I don't know what my girlfriend tells me you will starve to death on a 1200 calorie diet. I mean when I was way overweight they had me on a 1600 calorie diet in the hospital. And I was losing weight then and not doing diddly squat. I actually calculated that I can eat about 2103 calories in a day and I will lose weight. Because of how active I am. I'm actually going to get to my goal weight if I keep going the way I am. Then I'll write a book on it! Ha. My hypothalmus isn't as screwed up as it was on all those other antipsychotics so now I only eat when I'm hungry. Not when I'm bored. - Mood:accomplished

I have to say that I was able to do dance for a very long time without getting tired at my cousins graduation party. Then I showed off by doing a split. I can't say that I have never felt better in my life. It was the greatest feeling. | |

| Thank god I had a cellphone with me. I mean thank god because I would have been stranded at the movies if I didn't. I was able to get my keys and stuff to my car. I mean I lost them in the theater and looked everywhere for them and well I had to get my spare I left back at home. Then when I came home the movie theater found them 20 minutes later and gave me a call. Lucky I left my number with them. That's why I say always have a cell phone with you whether you like it or not. I hope that it is going to be nice all weekend long this weekend. So that we can enjoy a day at the beach.
I hope Silvia gets back soon. Because I want to work again. I hope that she comes back next week if she does come back. I want to make money and finish the book. I hope that she comes back soon. I hope she is in good health as well. | |

I hope to discover new life in my intergalatic travel and some things that are just as intelligent if not more intelligent than us. Sort of like a star trek thing. I don't think that we will hit light speed anytime soon though. | |
